Learning to Draw

I've been a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager for several years now. Writing and verbal communication are a central part of my background and education. Years ago I took up learning a new communications skill while owning a real estate advertising company: the skill of Graphic Design. Design has always been a part of my job that I enjoy doing. Over the past few years I've seen my design skills improving, so I decided that it was time to formalize my design education and I headed back to school. When you're in Marketing, it's one thing to contract a designer or to have one on staff; it's whole other thing to control the initial vision and final execution of your own ideas yourself. Here is a drawing of mine from the first week of my first ever drawing class (don't laugh, yes they're bananas):

  1. well there are bad bananas and good bananas, and these belong to the latter. Makes me want a PB/Banana/Honey Sandwich on Toast...mmm.

Hey, I did what I swear I never do, and I read your review of my new album. It was the first I saw of a review for that album, so I figured I'd allow myself one...and now I quit. Thank you for the Positive outlook on the project, I believe in the album and love playing the new songs personally...but I must correct you...you are too kind. I never received Artist of the Year of Male Vocalist of the Year. That would have been nice...but it didn' happen. :) Just so you know...you may want to change that info, if the ship hasn't sailed already, you aid in journalistic integrity, and I wouldn't be able to sleep if I didn't tell you. ...Holy Spirit thing, you know.

Thanks again for your kind words, Aaron
    God Bless You

  2. Thank you Aaron. I really appreciate the direct contact and I have corrected the review. Your latest album is great musically, but moreso because it truly does honor God. I hope everyone will go out and pick it up on August 4th.
